*Extra character(s) must be interacting with another in the same piece, meaning two unrelated character drawings on the same canvas do not count for this.

***Reference Sheets include a base of Two Fullbodies (front & back), One close-up bust, close-ups of any special details, and the character's palette. Any extra details can be added to the reference sheet at the commissioner's request but may come with a fee (base of $5 depending on the request). This also applies to customs.
TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL
I, RUMOURZ, own the rights to all work commissioned to me, unless the client is willing to pay for commercial use or branding (prices for this can be discussed, rather than me having an overall fee). By commissioning me you are commissioning my art style unless discussed otherwise. My watermark(s) cannot be removed from my work. I have the right to refuse any commission. If a client is requesting NSFW/suggestive content, they agree that they are 18 years or older. I will not provide any type of service (clean or suggestive) to minors (under 18s) who are requesting NSFW/suggestive content.
PAYMENTS
I take all payments under $50 upfront before the commission is started. Larger commissions, $50 or over, can be taken 50% up front and 50% after the client approves the sketch. I will not give out any files until I have been paid at least 50%.
REVISIONS
All commissions will have two stages before final use. Every commission can have 1 fully done revision (pose, composition, etc.) in the sketch phase for free, or 3 small revisions (expression, design fixes, etc.) in the sketch phase for free. At the inking stage, 1-2 small revisions may also be made for free. Once the inking stage is completed and has been approved by the client, no more changes can be made without a revision fee added. That is unless the commission is a custom design, in which case the colour palette can have 1 fully done revision (all or nearly all colours change) for free, or 3 small revisions (minor amount of colours change) for free. Revision prices may vary depending on the request, though it will typically be $5.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Turnaround time for my work can be anywhere from 1 week to 1 month, usually varying with the commission workload I have, and the type of commission(s) ordered. I also have a part-time job outside of art, and need to account for the time I have to spend there.
USE
Clients are welcome to use their commissions for personal use, unless they pay for a commercial fee. Using commissioned work for icons/simple branding, as well as personal merchandise (not for a profit), is welcome.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I, RUMOURZ, own the rights to all artwork unless the client wishes to pay for a commercial fee. My art cannot be used to train generative AI models or to generate AI images. My art cannot be submitted to blockchains or used for NFTs.
REFUNDS
Full refunds are allowed up to the inking phase. Once I have gotten approval from the client to move on from the inking stage, I will only refund what work has not been completed.
Example: You pay for a full-body rendered commission. I get to the flat-colour stage and you would like to request a refund. I will refund you the remainder of work that was not finished. I will be paid for work that has been completed.
COMMUNICATION
The best place to message me is through the site you originally ordered your commission from (typically Artistree or Discord), or through my business email ([email protected]). If emailing me, please make sure the subject line includes your username and your commission type(s). The client can request updates on their pieces at any point after I have accepted their commission.
LIMITATIONS
I will not accept requests to draw hate messages, bigotry, explicit NSFW, or any request I do not want to complete or do not feel comfortable completing. I am not obligated to give/state my reasoning for denying a request.
